Our strategy, your results.

There are only three marketing strategies needed to grow a business:

1. Increase the number of customers
2. Increase the amount of customer sales, and
3. Increase the frequency of repurchase.

Every marketing strategy should be designed to directly improve upon each of these three factors.

Increasing only one factor will produce only linear business growth. Increasing all three factors will produce geometric (multi-directional) business growth.

Marketing Strategy #1. Increase the number of customers
Every marketing strategy should produce new prospects who are ready, willing and able to buy your products or services. The main purpose of a marketing strategy is to provide you with new prospects to convert into paying customers.

Marketing Strategy #2. Increase the amount of customer sales
Owners and managers spend most of their time operating their business and searching for new customers. They often overlook the customers they see regularly. Customers who aren’t continuously offered compelling reasons to keep buying more of the same products and services from one business will look for new reasons to buy from another.

Marketing Strategy #3. Increase the frequency of repurchase
Repeat business is earned by the business who gives the customer what they want. Without having basic marketing strategies or processes for consistently offering customers more of what they want, your repeat business will deteriorate. Frequently communicating news and offers to past and present customers will increase their frequency of repurchase.

There are only 3 kinds of companies >
1. Those who make it happen
2. Those who watch things happen
3. Those who wonder what happened

HOW WE DO IT

Phase 1 - Discovery
In order to analyze and develop a successful marketing strategy, it is extremely important that we understand YOUR reality. Your world, your position, your feeling about your products, your competition and any other issues that may be critical for us to understand from your point of view. This is a unbearable step. Before we can move into the outside world with our research, we need to understand the inside of your company's world from its perspective.

Phase 2 - Internal Market Analysis
In order to fully understand your company, we need to talk to a variety of people. Influencers, customers, reps, salespeople, distributors, wholesalers, editors, competitors and other channel sources. We do this mostly by telephone interview. This is a very efficient way to 'get to know you'! You provide a selection of people to interview, we find others.

Phase 3 - External Market Analysis
JawDrop Marketing will do a complete scan of your markets, your industry, your competitors, your potential and existing customers, and the spending patterns associated. We will provide a report of our findings complete with executive summary.

Phase 4 - Marketing Plan
Our marketing plan is a written document spelling out the goals, strategies, testing and tactics that are needed to gain and or maintain a competitive position as well as the results sought.

Phase 5 - Production
Now you need the tools. From business card to online shopping cart, we design, implement and activate.

Phase 6 - Execution
Implementation of our marketing plan. We provide an overview of the precise timing, details of the specific actions and the desired outcomes.
